We stayed in one of their Hoxton Studio Suite and what a fabulous stay it was. The suite featured a separate living area, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, two LED televisions (a 48 inch TV in the bedroom and a 46 inch TV in the living area), work desk with a built-in media hub station, a minibar, laptop-size safe, tea/coffee making facilities and a large wardrobe.

As a part of the BuyAGift experience, a bottle of chilled champagne was also ready for us in the suite.

The bathroom was fantastic - large, spacious, with a bathtub (with a TV) & a walk-in rain shower and luxury toiletries. With a sleek and modern design, this was one of the most calming bathroom suites I have seen.

The entire studio suite presented a decadent atmosphere and had all the trappings of a stylish, luxurious London hotel. Perfect for a romantic stay!

• Jailhouse Bar - which is set within the former Police Station of the Old Street Magistrate’s Court, offers a relaxed lounging area surrounded by historically significant architecture, including former prison holding cells. The bar stocks and serves a wide array of drinks, cocktails and other beverages. There is also a rooftop terrace bar to enjoy your drinks while taking in the gorgeous scenery.

• Bowling Alley - a two-lane alley which can be booked by the hour for private parties or events.
• Cinema Screening Room - Couldn't go to West End to catch a theatre show? No worries, as the hotel has its own state-of-the-art 196 seater screening room. You can book it for an exclusive viewing.

• Pool and spa - a heated pool with relaxing jet streams and a small indoor waterfall, this is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring London. There are also three treatment rooms and steam & sauna rooms.

We loved our stay at the Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch. The suite was fantastic, the ambience lovely, the facilities amazing and great service, as well. The staff at the reception were friendly and professional as were the members of staff at the concierge desk and in the restaurant.
