Easter in London 2013
With less than a week to go for Easter, have you planned what you are going to do for the Easter holidays? London will be hosting a lot of events for Easter as always. These activities are not just for kids; adults can enjoy as well. Here is a list of some of the Easter specials in and around London.
Head to the London Eye to meet Edwin, the Easter bunny. There will be some street performances as well. And chocolate sampling. Book your tickets now by visiting the London Eye website.

Kew Gardens: is also hosting loads of events for Easter. Opt for an interactive adventure trail discovering the history of chocolate, or go on the traditional Easter egg hunt, or enroll for a chocolate making workshop. And for those of you who want to take it easy, sit back and enjoy the large selection of ice-creams and hot chocolates on offer in the cafe and restaurant.
Head to the VandA Childhood Museum in Bethnal Green for a wonderful Easter celebration. They have a range of activities lined up this Easter - the Easter bunny trail, Bunny games and Egg-tastic Arts and Crafts. Events will be held from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April between 11.00am to 4.00pm. Its a free event for all ages.
Osterley Park is one of National Trust's beautiful properties. They have some fun activites lined up for Easter. Choose from Cadbury Easter Egg Trail(29 March to 1 April from 11am-4pm), Mini farm and games(31 March to 1 April from 12pm-4pm) and the Egg and Spoon race(1 April 1-3pm).
Head to Cliveden for an eggstra-special Cadbury Easter Egg Trail. Hunt for clues around the grounds and then enjoy a delicious Cadbury chocolate Egghead at the end. Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April from 11am - 4pm.
Easter Egg Hunt at Westfield Stratford City: Between 28th and 30th March, kids will be given a fun map to go hunting for clues at Westfield Stratford City. Once they’ve collected all the clues they can head to the Concierge desks for their special Easter treat. Along the way, you may even get an extra treat or two!
Incredible Easter Trail at Valentine's Mansion in Ilford. Have fun exploring the Mansion with the Family Easter Trail! Free colouring and spring themed activity sheets will also be available in the Family room. Sunday 31 March to Sunday 14 April from 10am-4.30pm
The UK's biggest Easter Egg hunt is back, and this time it's on tour!
101 giant Easter Eggs will be hidden in cities throughout the country as part of The Lindt Big Egg Hunt supporting Action for Children. Over 100 giant Easter eggs will be hidden in and around the streets of Covent Garden, making it an ideal family activity for the Easter period.
