Busy Bee garden centre in Isle of Wight
On coach trips, the drivers normally halt for a break at some service station or cafe. On our trip to Isle of Wight, while out on a day trip, our coach driver stopped for an hour at a Garden centre - Busy Bee.
Busy Bee garden centre is the largest garden centre in the Isle of Wight which not only has gardening supplies and plants but also a coffee shop, a nursery, crafts and gifts store. It also has seasonal events and sales.
When we went there last week, the Christmas sale was on. On sale were decorations, christmas lightings and tree, Candles, artificial flowers, gifts and a load of other items. It was fun strolling around and enjoying what was on offer.
The Honey Pot Coffee Shop is a good place to grab a lovely meal. Timings are - Breakfast from 8:30am 11:00am Monday - Saturday ( 10.00-11.00am Sundays ). Lunch from 12.00am 2.30pm. And Afternoon Tea from 2.30pm - 4.30pm. I enjoyed my meal sitting in the conservatory which offered stunning views of the countryside.
Overall a good place for a stopover if you are travelling in the Isle of Wight.
